I am Jill Toma the creator and founder of JoelleBelle Designer Headbands, named after my eldest of four children and only daughter, Joelle. After years of purchasing headbands that pinched behind my ears, would fail to hold my hair back or stay in place, I created JoelleBelle Designeer Headbands, for Fashion, Ultimate Comfort and Quality. We use a combination of beautiful fabrics, jewelry pieces and ribbon to craft a variety of headbands. Ultimate comfort because the headband can be adjusted to each individual.
